Known as one of the founding fathers of remote-usability and online research platforms enabling internet-based website user experience and affordable quantitative usability testing, John Burshek continues to set the standard for customer experience.  As founder and CEO of The Arthur Group, Mr. Burshek created and developed the Customer Experience Success TM program and other breakthrough user feedback protocols, software tools and online testing methodologies. 

As principal and Chief Research Officer of NetRaker, Inc., he created the NetRaker Index TM, the NetRaker Research Analyzer TM and other ASP research tools.  NetRaker was acquired by Keynote, where his intellectual property continues in components of their customer experience platform.  His vast experience in qualitative and quantitative research and in the pioneering of new research protocols and methodologies have made him a renowned specialist in applying the optimal research approach in order to answer client’s core business questions.

Burshek has been serving leading global consumer products, technology, financial services, professional services and multi-media companies for more than two decades.   During this time, he has pioneered new intellectual advances in measuring commerce and advertising success, customer and client satisfaction, product/concept feasibility, and price elasticity to help corporations optimize product development, brand management, and capital expenditures. 

His primary area of focus remains anywhere customers and new technologies merge.  Specialties include: total customer experience (of course, he helped invent the category), awareness and brand image, satisfaction and loyalty, market share and growth actualization, retail and service branch analysis, product and service feasibility, media, website, and marketing program optimization.
